The following are the most current Rules and Restrictions for the UWP plans. These rules are subject to change without notice and can be accessed by customers via the website. Customer is advised at time of purchase that all Rules and Restrictions are posted on the website. (www.SeCarAutoWash.com)
- UWP allows for a clean car every day of the month for the registered vehicle.
- Available Plan: $49.95 per month provides Manager's Special package. All plans provide discounts to upgrade to our full service car wash as well as Detail services. (Truck/MiniVAN/SUV are add $5.00)
- UWP is a marketing term that allows customers to access the SeCar Auto Wash tunnel a maximum of once per day up to a maximum 31 washes per month
- Abuse of this program may result in restrictions or revocation of pass.
- SeCar Auto Wash issues membership card for each vehicle on registered vehicle's. It will cost $5.00 replace the card.
- UWP card can be used only for the registered vehicle.
- Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer's Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card monthly on the anniversary of the date of purchase/program activation.
- If the plan is purchased on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month, the plan will continue to automatically recharge on that day until that day is unavailable. When that day does not exist in a month (ie. There's no Feb 30th), the plan will recharge on the 1st day of the following month and continue to do so for the life of the plan.
- If for some reason, the customer's credit card is not able to be recharged, the customer's plan will automatically be discontinued. Customer can re-join the program with the same UWP card resulting in a new anniversary date.
- In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue program, customer must complete a Discontinue Plan form at a car wash site and submit this form to the manager on duty.
- If customer is unable to get to a site, an email request can be sent to CarWash@SeCarAutoWash.com Customer must provide - UWP card with vehicle information. Email must be received 5 days prior to renewal date to ensure plan is cancelled prior to the next auto-recharge date. Once auto-recharge has occurred, no refunds can be made regardless of car wash usage.
- All plans discontinue on the first anniversary date following the date the Discontinue form is submitted.
- No cash, credit or other refunds apply. The plan is fully functioning on registered vehicle until the next anniversary date.
- Please provide at least five working days before recharge date to effect discontinuation of program.
- There are no unlimited wash plan refunds.
- In the event SeCar Auto Wash is unable to charge a customer's credit/debit card due to card expiration or change in information, the customer's program will be de-activated when card expires. SeCar Auto Wash will notify customer when their card is close to expiration date.
- Customer must notify SeCar Auto Wash if UWP card becomes damaged, vehicle is sold, leased car has been returned. A new UWP card must be purchased for any new car and the old plan is discontinued.
- SeCar Auto Wash has the right to refuse any customer the sale of this program due to commercial vehicle use, and/or any other reasons deemed by SeCar Auto Wash.
- SeCar Auto Wash has the right to terminate any program participant for the abuse of the program.
- Vehicles must conform to SeCar Auto Wash dimension standards. Modifications outside of SeCar Auto Wash standards to existing customer's vehicle(s) may require program termination. Please see management for confirmation that vehicle meets standards. NOTE: Vehicles with detachable hitches must remove hitch PRIOR to entering tunnel. Detachable hitches are not permitted through the wash tunnel.
- UWP card remain the exclusive property of SeCar Auto Wash and must be surrendered upon request.
- Other coupons or offers are not valid with the UWP.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice but signage will be displayed onsite.
